I know I dropped the ball with April. I was sick for a while around the check-in time and never got around to it 🙁 Moving on to May, the most notable change is that I have stopped running, so my weight loss has effectively stopped as well.
I took this measurement in the morning before I had eaten or drunk anything, which may have skewed the results.
